    Objective: Client wanted to understand the impact of recent Ad Campaign: Consumer perception of celebrity endorsement; Impact on brand recall; Influence on purchase decision, etc.

    Respondent Profile: Target Respondents were CWE (chief wage earner) in the family aged between 25 yrs to 45 yrs.

    Target Cities: New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore & Kolkata.

    What we did: We conducted CLT’s with 20 respondents (pre- recruits) in each city. We did not disclose the name of the client/brand at first stage. After the CLT, we showed them the Ad campaign video / commercial clip which were aired, live on radio & television for almost a month. We again conducted a 10 minutes survey with them to understand how fast they could recall the brand and collected the data for both the stages, separately.

    After the CLT’s, we conducted 3 FGD’s in each city. We collected the data and prepared the top findings of the FGD’s, city wise. We then prepared the quantitative questionnaire in order to conduct the field interviews.

    Before that we had conducted 30 face- to- face interviews in each city (Dipstick) to understand the responses and if required to make any changes in the questionnaire. After the Dipstick, we conducted face- to- face interviews in the respective city.

    We coded all the responses in the excel data map and ran it on the SPSS to get the data tables. We also submitted the report in power point format to the client.

    Results: We successfully completed the study, meeting all the stringent quotas and deadlines. We delivered a very high quality of data & report. Finally, the client came back with a fantastic feedback showing interest in working on many more studies with Innovazion.

    Objective: Client wanted to analyze the feasibility of setting up a world class Business School, understanding the students, outlook of parents, career counselor, coaching institutes and employer

    Respondent Profile: Target Respondents were parents, coaching institutes, career counselor, companies and students.

    What we did: We collected the information from two hundred localities through face- to- face research in just four weeks of time span. We deployed our moderators to gather the information in respective countries and conducted face- to- face interviews. We interviewed parents and students of the locality and tried to understand the feasibility of a world class business school in Asia. We did extensive secondary research, to find out details about the local universities in respective geographies and other relevant details for the study. We also tried to gather information about cost effectiveness and their perspective about Asia campus.

    Results: We successfully completed the study in the given time and submitted the report. Client was happy with the quality of work and the output report. They also came back with a satisfying feedback on the efforts put in by Innovazion.

    Objective: Client wanted to identify the preferences and perceptions of the consumer towards “High-end Notebook” and also to understand the relevance of sleekness and design while making a purchase decision.

    Respondent Profile: Target Respondents were people in age group from 18-45.

    What we did: We collected the information from twelve hundred localities in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata and Chennai through face- to- face research in just three weeks of time span. We deployed ten resources in each city to gather the information through face- to- face discussion. We targeted shopping malls, universities and corporate offices to touch the right respondent. We interviewed students, professionals, home makers and corporate employees to understand their requirement and features they look forward to in while purchasing a net book. We also conducted focus group discussions in different set of age group at different cities to understand the same. We made presentation based on top line findings after the completion of the study.

    Results: We successfully completed the study in the given time and submitted the report. Client was happy with the quality of work and the output report. They also came back with a satisfying feedback on the efforts put in by Innovazion.

We did through desk research, before contacting the companies to understand their products and services and target them accordingly. We talked to IT professionals to understand their IT spending budget and their needs by year end.

    Results: We successfully completed the study in the given time and submitted the report. Client was happy with the quality of work and the output report.

    Objective: Client wanted to do survey programming and data tabulation on the collected database of 350 sample size.

    What we did: We put the collected information in to data map. We deployed three resources for data coding and completed the coding for 350 sample size within two days. After data coding, we had put the information into SPSS template and did data tabulation. We made the presentation based on outcome of the report, taking into consideration their mean and percentage values. We presented the complete report to the client.

    Results: We delivered the report in given time frame and delivered the analysis of the study to the client.

    Respondent Profile: Target Respondents were Plant Engineer, Design Engineer, CTO, CIO, IT Head, Purchase Head and Quality Head.

    What we did: We collected the information from target respondents through primary CATI research and on line panel members in just four weeks of time span. We deployed four resources in each region to gather the information. We interviewed respondents in companies with maximum revenue generation related to sectors – aviation, aerospace, power, electricity and gas. The length of interview was 45-60 minutes. So, our resources coded them on real time basis. We did desk research before contacting the company to understand their line of business for quality results.
