    What we did: We conducted CLT’s with 20 respondents (pre- recruits) in each city. We did not disclose the name of the client/brand at first stage. After the CLT, we showed them the Ad campaign video/commercial clip which were aired/live on radio & television for almost a month. We again conducted a 10 minutes survey with them, to understand how fast they could recall the brand and collected the data for both the stages separately.

    After the CLT’s, we conducted 3 FGD’s in each city. We collected the data and prepared the top findings of the FGD’s, city wise. We then prepared the quantitative questionnaire in order to conduct the field interviews.

    Before that we had conducted 30 face- to- face interviews in each city (Dipstick), to understand the responses and if required to make any changes in the questionnaire. After the Dipstick, we conducted face- to- face interviews in the respective city.
